What type of screening have caregivers undergone?

We complete comprehensive background checks for every member of our home care practice. In addition to criminal, driving, and employment records, we also complete federal background check searches based on the residences of each caregiver for the past 7 years.

 If my caregiver gets sick or can not come to work, do you have emergency support?

In the event of an emergency, we have on-call Case manager available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Give us a call and our team will arrange for a replacement to arrive as quickly as possible.

Do you provide care for clients in home care settings other than the home?

Our experienced caregivers can be provided to help those who might need individualized care in a variety of environments.

Do I pay the caregiver directly?

Quality Staffing Home Care is responsible for all of its employees’ taxes, worker’s compensation, and general liability insurance.

Are your employees insured and bonded?

Yes, we require all of our employees to be insured and bonded.

How can I be assured that my caregiver will do their work?

Once you set up services with Quality Staffing Home Care, your dedicated Case manager will work with you to create and then regularly monitor a personalized plan of care. 

How do I know what services I will need at home?
